GOLD COAST FILM FESTIVAL
19-30 April 2023
The Gold Coast Film Festival’s purpose is to bring the film to life in a distinctly Gold Coast way for local and visiting audiences and to help grow and support Queensland’s screen industry.
The Gold Coast Film Festival is an annual 12-day film festival in April with more than 100 films, panels, parties, pop-up cinemas and special events right across the Gold Coast.
BLUES ON BROADBEACH
18-21 May 2023
Blues on Broadbeach started in May 2002 and is one of Australia’s largest free music festivals. Showcasing authentic blues music over four full days and nights, Blues on Broadbeach will be celebrating its 22nd annual festival from 18-21 May, 2023.
Held in the bustling Broadbeach precinct on the Gold Coast, fans can expect to see a wide range of blues-inspired music. The festival lineup features national and international artists, who will perform on multiple stages and venues across the precinct, that are generally non-ticketed to attend.
MEMORY WALK AND JOG
4 June 2023
Memory Walk & Jog helps to provide vital support services to the estimated 87,700 people with dementia in Queensland. The fundraising also drives non-stop research partnerships, where talented Australian scientists can work towards a possible future without dementia.
Choose to register as an individual or a group and whether you’d like to walk, jog, or run the 2.5km, 4.5km or timed 9.5km course.
GOLD COAST MARATHON
1-2 July 2023
Celebrate the 42nd edition of the Village Roadshow Theme Parks Gold Coast Marathon and run for the good times on the beautiful Gold Coast.
With a 41-year history this is one of the most prestigious marathons in the world. Its famous flat, fast and scenic course located alongside the city’s renowned surf beaches and stunning broadwater plus ideal winter running conditions you won’t want to miss this one!
PACIFIC AIRSHOW

Pacific Airshow Gold Coast will be a three-day weekend event featuring heart-pumping aerobatic demonstrations by the world’s finest aviators, VIP meet and greet events, social parties, and so much more. Featuring the best civilian performers and military aviators from around the globe, Pacific Airshow Gold Coast is set to be the largest Airshow event to ever take place in Australia.
GROUNDWATER COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL
Groundwater Country Music Festival (CMF) gathers some of the best country artists in the industry for three days of FREE live music on the Gold Coast. Returning in 2023 for our 10th year from 20-22 October, there’s no other country music festival quite like it. Set only steps away from the iconic golden beaches of Broadbeach, Groundwater CMF gives the people what they want and brings the country to the coast!
GOLD COAST 500

The Gold Coast 500 is one of the premier motorsport racing events in Australia and the Gold Coast welcomes visitors back each year for this thrilling event. Aside from the thundering V8 race cars roaring around the track, there is also plenty of live entertainment, concerts and great activities for kids.
