Whether you are a seasoned marathoner or a novice, the 42nd edition of the Village Roadshow Theme Parks Gold Coast Marathon is an event you will want to participate in. On the gorgeous Gold Coast, join the celebration and run for the good times.
There will be a Health and Wellbeing Queensland Junior Dash (2 and 4km), Gold Coast Airport 5km Fun Run, Southern Cross University 10km Run, ASICS Half Marathon (21.095km) and the Village Roadshow Theme Parks Gold Coast Marathon (42.195km).
Finishers receive a commemorative medal, shirt, and certificate as a token of their accomplishment. For those that return year after year or travel to running events worldwide, they are collector’s items.

The Australian Touring Car Championship is Australasia’s top motorsport category and one of Australia’s most popular sports. A single race decided the Australian Touring Car Championship from 1960 to 1968. Still, from 1969, it was decided by a series comprising numerous events across the country, including a trip to New Zealand.
In 1999, it was called the ‘Shell Championship Series’ and then the ‘V8 Supercars Championship Series in 2003. With the naming-rights deal with Virgin Australia in 2016, it was renamed the ‘Virgin Australia Supercars Championship.’ Following a substantial agreement with the Automotive Parts manufacturer, the championship has been dubbed the ‘Repco Supercars Championship’.
In 2022, Australia’s most prestigious motorsport race is named Supercars Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500. The dates for the 2022 edition are 28 October to 30. That is three days of racing and entertainment at the world-famous Surfers Paradise Circuit. Aside from the screaming V8 race vehicles, there is lots of live entertainment, concerts, and fun activities for the kids.
