With its variety of exciting events and chic shopping districts, Broadbeach maintains a laid-back vibe. Regular outdoor activities, including live music festivals, food festivals, and weekly markets, occur on the picturesque beachfront and vast seaside parklands. Shopping meccas, including Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, The Oasis, and more, allow you to indulge in retail therapy.

And in case you weren’t aware, Broadbeach is one of the main hubs for all things delectable on the Gold Coast. During your trip, you’ll have the opportunity to explore various fantastic restaurants in Broadbeach, including some that have recently opened.

Kōst

Kōst has designed a place where the elements combine in an immersive, sensory experience. They were inspired by the raw, natural, and constantly changing beauty of the shoreline, the meeting spot of earth, sea, and sky. Kōst is an iconic blend of food, drinking, design, fire, and music made for memories.

The contemporary bar and grill has taken over three previous spaces on Oracle Boulevard to create one large venue and outdoor pavilion, which includes a spectacular 130-seat restaurant and 50 seats for cocktail-style eating. It also has Australia’s first two-meter Mibrasa charcoal bar and grill. To provide a high-level sensory immersion experience, Kōst skillfully combines upscale bar and grill cuisine with creative cocktails, premium wine, and live-fuel cooking techniques.

Happy Endings

New speakeasy Happy Endings, with Japanese influences, is located above Fig + Frankie’s, a popular laneway pub in Broadbeach. You only need to follow the music down the alleyway, go upstairs, turn left past the tattoo parlour, and find the small pub hopping with enthusiastic patrons. You won’t go hungry at Happy Endings, which specialises in cocktails and serves late-night Japanese delicacies.

Marilyn’s Cocktail Bar and Diner

Would you prefer a spot where you can have drinks and hang out with the girls? This upscale cocktail establishment gives Broadbeach a dose of glittery flair and nostalgia for the 1970s. Marilyn’s Bar pays homage to 1970s Las Vegas; everything from the vibrant pink and green interior to the handmade drinks and the eclectic music playlist transports you back to the decade’s peak.

Yo-Chi

Enjoy a sweet and zesty dessert after a delicious meal! Yo-Chi, one of Australia’s fastest-rising frozen yogurt companies, opened its first Gold Coast location at Broadbeach. The upscale frozen yogurt shop offers a dizzying array of flavours, such as salted butterscotch and strawberry cream, that pair perfectly with decadent toppings like fruit pearls, fresh cookie dough, watermelon, and mint.

Blowfish Ocean Bar + Grill

Here is a bonus! On November 24, Blowfish Ocean Bar + Grill will open its doors! Make sure to include Blowfish Ocean Bar + Grill on your list if you travel that month. The owners of Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill are behind the luxurious new seafood restaurant. The 150-seat seafood restaurant is on the site where The Bavarian once stood.
